Home Safety with BurglaBar

Trying to get her bath ready one day while she played around in her bedroom next door (I could hear her talking to her dollies), I tuned out for literally a quick 10 seconds preparing the suds and getting her bath towel ready when I started calling her name out, "Ava! Bath time!" 
No answer. Called her out again.  Nothing.

I quickly walked over to her room and noticed she was not in there. "Ava! Where are you?" as I made a mad dash downstairs because I suddenly hear her muffled voice saying, "Mommy! I'm here!"
Where?!!!
I run to follow the voice, my heart in panic attack and find her smiling and waving behind the backyard patio door that she closed when she decided to step out by herself.  Did I mention it's also easy for her to unlatch and open the backyard door that leads to the streets? *big sigh*
