My iPhone 5 has become like another a child of mine. Not even kidding.
Just like my little ones, it's with me everywhere, it's one of the first things I check on in the morning and at night before bed and I like to adorn it with pretty things.
Before you think I'm crazy, I'd like for you to understand that I work digitally. Everything I do for a living is all online, so with the convenience of my iPhone, being a very assiduous work-from-home mom that is constantly on the go, my smartphone is pretty much stuck to me like glue and has proven extremely helpful.
So back to the awesome iPhone case that you see above, say hello to Felony Case.
Toronto-produced spawn of Andrew Moore, the Felony Case created exclusively for the iPhone brings some contemporary-cool protection to your precious iPhone.
Offering cases in different colours with striking spikes or studs to which Felony Case has become distinguished for, these avant-garde iPhone cases will surely get noticed.
Andrew graciously sent me not one but two Felony Cases to try on my iPhone, one is the classic black with gold studs and the other in light of Spring/Summer is a pretty mint green with gold studs.
Felony cases start at $50.00 CDN, but well worth the cost as I find the quality to be amazing. And where can you find something like this?
I am totally enamored with my new Felony Cases!
When I received it initially, I thought "Wow, these things are heavy!" but once I got use to having them on the iPhone it wasn't bad at all. The heaviness just proves the quality of the studs/spikes. These are not the cheap stick-on type or ones that will easily fall off -- this is the real deal.
Also I thought how on earth would I be able to hold this all the time with the studs, but my fingers quickly found a comfortable position between the studs and now very natural for me to handle.
Oddly enough, I also like the feel of the studs... gives my hands a nice little massage every now and then.
The one thing I did get nervous about was the bases of the stud screws. I was concerned that they may scratch the back of my iPhone. See photo below.
But thankfully, Felony Case provides you with an insert that you can keep between your phone and case to serve as added protection.
It fit my iPhone 5 like a glove. And I honestly really love the look and feel of it.
My husband teased me and said, "That's a weapon right there! Remind me to never get on your bad side with your iPhone present." Jokes aside, yes it looks dangerous, but trust me, it's not sharp or hazardous at all (although you may want to keep it away from little kids).
The only felony you can commit with this is not owning one! Sorry, I just had to.
