Fresh Pink and White Tulips, Bright Colourful Eggs, Chocolate Bunnies and a special Easter Story, Easter Weekend in our home is always filled with all things sweet, bright and cheerful.

Have you got any Easter Family Traditions?
Every Good Friday, our family watches the Toronto Passion Play at the Queensway Cathedral.
This is something my family and I have done since I was a younger girl.

It has continued to my little family now and yesterday (Good Friday 2013) was the first time my little girl watched the Toronto Passion Play and learned more about the special Easter Story.
That, to us, Easter is much more than chocolate eggs and the Easter Bunny... although we love all that too!

Along with that, usually on the Sunday during Easter Weekend, we hold a fun Easter Egg Hunt at either one of our family member's home or at a park.
The children would grab their baskets, find the eggs that were thrown and hidden all around (close by) and would win a big treat at the end. There are never any losers in the bunch.

Following the Egg Hunt, Easter Feast is usually held in my parent's home complete with an array of delicious food and desserts. Yum!

It's always a great time celebrating Easter in our home!
