{Skinny Sundays} 14 Fat Burning Foods

Skinny and Sundays don't usually go together in my family.
Every Sunday, I prepare a big Sunday feast. It's a tradition that was handed to me from my family as sort of a end of week Thanksgiving/Beginning of Week Strength type of Dinner.
It's when we actually get to sit down as a family and actually have dinner together. Converse, enjoy each others company, talk about anything and everything.
It's not always easy to get us down together for dinner with Ty's work schedule coupled with Ava's bedtime regimen sometimes.

So, what I mean when I say Skinny Sundays is in correlation to a blog post that I will begin to do every Sunday which includes Healthy, Figure-Friendly Recipes and/or tips.
My "never-ending" resolution is to lose the "last few baby pounds" (Ava is three... *side eye*) and attempt to get back into shape. Whatever that is. I've finally come to terms with the fact that I will never look like I did when I was 21. *Sigh*
