Face Your Problem
We all have skin issues; one of the most popular is acne. Even as adults.
I came across this image on Pinterest (from Vapour Organic Beauty) and it instantly caught my attention.
There is so much that our external body is telling us, like our nails, our hair, and especially our skin.
I had no idea that where your acne, inflammation & red pigmentation is situation on your face tells a lot about the state of your internal health.
I know with PCOS, I have issues with my hormones, so that definitely explains why mine tend to flare up sporadically around my chin area.
So interesting! I wonder how much of this is right?

That is pretty interesting!! I have PCOS as well and I get most of my acne along my jawline and where it shows lungs and large intestines. I'm going to have to look into this more. Thanks for posting!
Interesting diagram! I do get adult acne along the jawline and I have a weakness in my lungs. Hmmm. Will read more about this correlation.
Cheers.
